Michael Yu, Rahul Bijlani, Eric Guerrero and Agrama Mannapperuma of CBRE Hotels represented the seller, K&K Hotel Group. Marc Sallette and Olga Lepow with CBRE Hotels arranged acquisition financing. Alberigo Hotel Management will manage the hotel. Miguel Sanchez and Ankit Amin of Gold Quest Group arranged a $9.9 million loan on behalf of Jorge Simon-SIMPA Texas for a new Chevron truck stop at 4808 N. McCarty. Fabco Properties IV, an affiliate of Carlo Inc. of Albuquerque, N.M., has purchased an office warehouse at 17155 Feathercraft from Braun Enterprises, according to Enriched Data.
