Cease-fire in Syria gets shakier.
Last Sunday, the United States remembered the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, the deadliest on American soil. The attacks killed nearly 3,000 people in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pa. A decade and a half later, the country is still traumatized — and has changed forever. The anniversary was remembered across the nation, highlighted by ceremonies in New York, a wreath-laying at the Pentagon and commemorations by troops in Afghanistan.
