• Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins plan to jointly open a 2,200-square-foot store at 2200 Rayford Road. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Laurus Holdings. Johnathan Hicks of SRS Real Estate represented the tenant.

• Shipley Do-Nuts has opened at 8410 Hall Road near Pearland Parkway and Beltway 8.

• AutoZone Parts has purchased 1.3 acres on Texas 146, one block south of Interstate 10 near the Chambers Town Center. Edwin Williams represented the buyer. Claire Sinclair Gavrel with Claire Sinclair Properties represented the seller, O.M. Shivji.
