• Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins plan to jointly open a 2,200-square-foot store at 2200 Rayford Road. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represente­d the landlord, Laurus Holdings. Johnathan Hicks of SRS Real Estate represente­d the tenant.

• Shipley Do-Nuts has opened at 8410 Hall Road near Pearland Parkway and Beltway 8.

• AutoZone Parts has purchased 1.3 acres on Texas 146, one block south of Interstate 10 near the Chambers Town Center. Edwin Williams represente­d the buyer. Claire Sinclair Gavrel with Claire Sinclair Properties represente­d the seller, O.M. Shivji.

• Mama Fu’s Asian House has leased 2,200 square feet in Katy’s Shoppes at Park West, 24600 Katy Freeway. Matt Parsons and Mark Raines of JLL represente­d the tenant. Stephen Tou of the Retail Connection represente­d the landlord, Parkwest Retail III.

• Woodlands Family Dental has leased 3,225 square feet in Vanderbilt Square Shopping Center, 3173 W. Holcombe. Mark Raines and Matt Parsons of JLL represente­d the tenant. Jazz Hamilton of CBRE represente­d the landlord.

• Kumon has opened a math and reading center at 8520 Texas 6 in the Copperfiel­d neighborho­od.

• UT Physicians has leased 12,000 square feet for a retail health center at Gateway Shopping Center in Beaumont. Nelson Spitz represente­d the landlord, Lombard Texas Holdings. Mark Davis of Davis Commercial Real Estate represente­d the tenant.
