Realtor Manuel Molina has joined the team at RE/ MAXThe Woodlands & Spring as an associate.

Born in Panama City, Panama, and fluent in English and Spanish, Molina’s career in real estate started in 2000 with developmen­t company Land Craft Corp., which led to his involvemen­t with “subdivisio­n developmen­t, golf course constructi­on and land sales,” Molina said.

Gina Schoener, relocation manager with Heritage Texas Properties, was a speaker at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Workshop held this month in Austin.

The workshop focused on current trends in the real estate market and effective strategies for serving today’s home buyers and sellers.

Schoener presented informatio­n on Coordinati­ng Efforts: Maximizing Referral Success, sharing expertise on best practices in converting referred business.

Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living announced that Lynnette Crocker is joining the company. She enjoys working with people and houses, .

Crocker focuses her sales in close-in neighborho­ods, including the Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest and Spring Branch; Rice Military; Upper Kirby and Montrose/ Midtown; Eado; and West University. She is bilingual in Spanish.

BHGRE Gary Greene announced that Cristian Mascorro, Marian Motamedi and that Joseph “Joe” Scott Jackson Jr. have joined the Memorial office; L’Abri Hill has joined the Inner Loop office,

Mascorro previously worked in auto sales and finance before transition­ing into real estate. She also speaks Spanish.

Hill holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Houston, and has a background in global technology, engineerin­g, procuremen­t, and constructi­on.

She looks forward to helping buyers and sellers in the communitie­s of River Oaks, Galleria, Montrose, the Heights, West University and Bellaire.

Motamedi has experience in remodeling and staging properties. She honed these skills while helping her husband, who is a builder and a real estate investor in Houston. As she became more involved with many of his properties and projects, Motamedi decided to become licensed as a Realtor, and is now focused on helping her clients buy and sell investment properties in the communitie­s of Memorial, Tanglewood, Galleria and in West Houston.

Jackson is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representa­tive, and has had extensive background in profession­al sales prior to entering real estate as a profession in 1993. He looks forward to helping his clients to find their perfect home in the communitie­s of Memorial, Galleria, Spring Branch, and in West Houston.

Realtor Vicki Fullerton, a broker associate at RE/ MAX The Woodlands & Spring, took the stage at the Texas Realtors Conference in Galveston to accept the duties and responsibi­lities of chairman of the Texas Associatio­n of Realtors.

Fullerton is a 38-year residentia­l real estate veteran who has served in the executive ranks of TAR for more than a decade, filling roles including regional vice president, secretary/ treasurer and chairmanel­ect. Previously chairman of the Houston Associatio­n of Realtors, Fullerton continues to provide leadership in key committees of the local group.
