Mont Belvieu sells 3 acres for a Cadillac Jack

• The city of Mont Belvieu has sold 3 acres near Interstate 10 and FM 3180 to Triple BC&V as the site of a Cadillac Jack Mexican restaurant. The property is next to an H-E-B being developed by the grocer and Fidelis Realty Partners. Greg Shaw of Shaw Commercial Properties brokered the deal. Opening is planned by April 2018.

• Hunington Properties has sold the 27,500-square-foot Shops at Cinco Ranch Spring Green at 27131 Cinco Ranch in Katy to an out-of-state investor. Stephen Pheigaru represente­d Hunington Properties, which will continue to manage and lease the center.

• Austin-based Hopdoddy Burger Bar plans to open a second Houston location at 5510 Morningsid­e in the Rice Village in February.

• The Shoppes at KingsGate, a redevelopm­ent of the former Kingwood Center at Kingwood Drive and Chestnut Ridge Road, will add an 18,600-square-foot Aldi grocery store and a 9,500-square-foot Dollar Tree in the third quarter of 2017, according to Andrew Schreer of S.P.I. Other new tenants include Fur Babies (5,600 square feet), Liberty Tax (1,100 square feet), restaurant Wok Wok (1,500 square feet) and Cell Phone Doc (800 square feet).

• The Woodlands Developmen­t Co. announced new leases totaling 17,198 square feet in Hughes Landing: Blo Blow Dry Bar, Fred Astaire Dance Studio, Focus Optical, Fleet Feet Sports, Ivivva, L’Atelier de Beaute, Broken Barrel, Vom Fass Oils & Vinegars and Beauty Statement.

• Tax Tigers has leased 1,190 square feet in Pyburn’s Center at 7129 Scott. Sydney Dixon of Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors represente­d the landlord, John Vuong.
