Native Houstonian Benjamin Dougharty has joined the sales team at John Daugherty, Realtors. After 13 years on the red carpets of Hollywood marketing movies, he is ready to “roll out the red carpet” for clients.
BHGRE Gary Greene announced that David Easterwood has joined the Champions office, Nakeytta Watson is joining the Sugar Land office, Tobin Wright has joined the Katy office, Bryan Hedges has joined the new Conroe office, Nicole Kodjoe has joined the Pearland office and Michael Ortale has joined the Lake Conroe office.
Easterwood brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and was recognized as a top performer. His skills in project management and client relations will be an asset when working with buyers and sellers in the communities of Gleannloch Farms, Cypress, Champions, Spring and in northwest Houston.
Watson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She has worked as a project coordinator and quality supervisor in the oil and gas industry. She developed an interest in real estate after becoming a real estate investor. She holds Gary Greene’s International Designation and will focus on helping clients in Sugar Land and Fort Bend County.
Wright received a master’s degree in piano performance and piano pedagogy from LSU, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri. He looks forward to working with buyers and sellers within the communities of Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Brookshire and west Houston.
Hedges is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and previously worked in corporate sales and sales management for 20 years, primarily within the disaster recovery and information management industries. He is focused on building his market in Bentwater, and looks forward to helping his clients within the lakefront, golf and luxury communities of Lake Conroe.
Kodjoe holds a degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston — Downtown. Before entering real estate, she worked for 15 years in the insurance industry as a medical malpractice claims analyst, and an account manager for several national oil and gas accounts. She is focused on working with international clients and relocations, and helping first-time home buyers in the communities of Missouri City, Sugar Land and Pearland.
Originally from Southern California, Ortale spent more than 30 years serving as the vice president of sales and marketing for three companies within the grocery industry. He utilized his real estate license in his spare time, listing and selling properties for friends and family since 1975. He joined Bentwater Sales Corp. as a sales executive in 1998, and has been a real estate broker-agent selling exclusively in Bentwater for the past 19 years. Ortale looks forward to working with buyers and sellers within the community of Bentwater, as well as in other lakefront and luxury communities near Lake Conroe.
Realtor Valeria Rodriguez has joined the office of Jacci & Company team at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring as an associate, and she is the team’s new bilingual specialist and buyer’s agent. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French. Rodriguez has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College and held an internship for an oilfield service company.
That was followed by an internship with the Woodlands Relo Group, where she helped plan relocation fairs for transferees.
