Added services contribute to success of Justin McClung
Justin McClung, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, and his team, have added several tools to their portfolio to help clients’ homes sell quicker.
“One of the newest is a floor plan, so buyers will know the layout of the home prior to arriving. New construction has always offered this, and now we do for all homes that we list,” McClung said.
For example, The McClung Group offers a professional photographer to make sure photos on the internet look great, and a professional stager who walks with the homeowner room to room, making suggestions prior to photos.
Also available are video and drone photography. Drones provide an aerial view of the area, for homes in recreational areas.
They also have professionals check out the mechanics of a home so there will not be any surprises in an inspection. Marketing is also a large part of the services sellers receive from McClung, in print media, digital marketing and a strong online presence.
“We encourage our sellers to handle the repairs of the home prior to listing, working with our team of professionals, which raises the home’s value. We also work with some contractors who offer no interest and no payments for a pre-determined amount of time, which helps sellers if they are not prepared to handle updates and repairs,” McClung said.
Most of these services are part of the package McClung offers his sellers for homes at all price points, and he is seeing great results.
McClung, who works out of The Woodlands office, wants to be his clients’ Realtor for a long time.
“It is important to us to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships with our clients, so we will be their Realtors for life,” McClung said.
The Woodlands, a master-planned commu- nity, is a great location, with many parks, walking trails, bike paths and other amenities.
There are also homes in all price points. After McClung and his team close on a home, they do not lose touch with their clients.
“We have events throughout the year. For example, we are hosting ‘Cookies with Santa,’ which includes photos with Santa. We also rented a movie theater for our clients to watch a movie. We have other events. It is our way of giving back to the community and our clients,” McClung said.
