Transwestern has signed three tenants for space totaling nearly 90,000 square feet in the Mason Creek Business Park in Katy.

Transwestern completed the multitenant office/warehouse development at 2120121601 Park Row Drive in 2014. The 384,900-squarefoot project is north of the Katy Freeway, off of Mason Road and Park Row Drive.

“When we delivered the project, we had a flurry of activity with pent-up demand,” Darryl Noon of Transwestern said.

The office and industrial sectors took a pause when the price of oil dropped, Noon said. The leases signal a return of consumer confidence as companies such as an airconditioning distributor and health care provider expand in the region.

The new tenants are Dieselcore, with 42,525 square feet; Memorial Hermann, with 34,650 square feet; and Lennox, with 11,700 square feet.

The development, 80 percent leased with 68,925 square feet still available, is being marketed for sale by Transwestern.

Other tenants include Goodman Manufacturing, Jackson Supply, Furniture Queen, Rosenburger Construction, Jet Line and Williams Sonoma, which operates a distribution center there.

Mason Creek is also home to office buildings including a Geico’s claims processing center as well as retail stores.
