Global gelato seller to open Katy Mills Mall shop
• 4D Gelateria, an Italian gelato and gourmet company with operations worldwide, has leased 1,102 square feet in Katy Mills Mall for its first Texas location. Ryan Dierker and John WenckensofNewcorCommercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Matthew O’Connor with SimonPropertyGroup represented the landlord.
• Bridgeland has added eight more tenants to the Lakeland Village Center shopping center next to Lakeland Heights. Pizza Cucinova Italian Restaurant has leased space for its first Texas outpost, and will be joined by Best Brains, Bridgeland Fine Wines, Cypress Endodontics, Envoy Mortgage, Great Clips, Pinot’s Palette and Select Physical Therapy. Other tenants are CVS/pharmacy, Active Life Dentistry, Bridgeland Council, Marble Slab Creamery, Nails of America and Re/Max. With more than 84,000 square feet, the 2-acre village near Fry Road and Cypress North Houston is the first commercial development in Bridgeland.
• Fiesta Mart has acquired grocery stores at 2877 S. Richey, 5101 Avenue Hin Rosenberg and 11035 East Freeway. The stores will be transitioning to the Fiesta brand and will hold grand reopenings in the coming months, the grocer said. The company also completed a renovation of its store at 12355 Main store near South Post Oak.
• Gazebo Management has purchased an 8,250-squarefoot tract at 223 Westheimer in Montrose, just east of Bagby, for development of a new dumpling restaurant.
