The holidays are a special time to celebrate with loved ones, and we all know that if we’ve got them, that this also includes pets.

Bed, Bath & Beyond has many pet-friendly gifts, such as pet pajamas, blankets, car mats for long trips, toys, and pet beds. A fun gift is the Petzi Remote Treat Camera for Pets, where owners can connect with four-legged friends when they’re away from home — talking to them and taking photos while launching their favorite treats into the room.
Natural Pawz offers gifts for pets and pet owners, includ- ing books, pictures, coffee mugs, Christmas treats, holiday cookies, baked goods, accessories, magnets, frames and toys.
The store, which has 16 area locations, features all-natural foods, treats and supplements for dogs and cats to promote positive health, nutrition and well-being.
Natural Pawz, which allows guests to bring their pets inside, participated with Barrio Dogs, a local animal welfare organization, and other area stores in Small Business Saturday in November.
The event featured Santa Claus, who was available to take photos with guests and their pets.
“If you don’t know what to give your friends who are pet owners, you can’t go wrong by giving them something for their pets,” said Lee Garcia, store manager at Natural Pawz’s West University location. Rocky and Maggie’s Pet Boutique and Salon is at 2535 Times Blvd. in Rice Village.
“You won’t want to forget your hairiest family member this holiday season — Rocky and Maggie’s has gifts for dogs and cats, small or large,” said Jessica Winham, store manager, Rocky and Maggie’s Pet Boutique and Salon. “If you have company coming to town, you’ll want get your dog in for a bath and a grooming or a teeth-brushing in time to greet your relatives.”
