Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties adds Dayton location

-

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties formalized its presence in Dayton with the acquisition of the real estate operations of Bob Edwards Realty Company located at 102 West Clayton.

Rick Young, chief operating officer, said, “We are very excited to be adding this important location and furthering our growth within Houston. We have long recognized that the Dayton, Mount Belvieu and the surrounding communities have been growing for some time.

“Led by Celida Cone and her agents, Bob Edwards Realty has done an exceptional job of providing service to their client base in this region. With the addition of this important office and the office we have on Wallisville Road, we have enhanced our ability to bring the power of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand to the real estate agents and clients throughout the area.”

Cathy Trevino, who runs the offices in this area as well as Kingwood and The Woodlands, will supervise the Dayton location, along with Cone.

“I have had discussions with Anderson Properties for some time about the potential for bringing my company to their organization,” Cone said. “I have long realized that the best fit for our agents and community was a company that was well-established in Houston and other markets. Anderson Properties completely met our needs, and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand is beyond reproach. I realized that the time was now. ”
