Martha Turner Sotheby’s Internatio­nal Realty welcomes Elyse Bayer to The Woodlands office, Missy Taylor to the Bay Area office, Realtor associate David B. Atkins to the Briar Hollow office and Realtor associate Sarah Powell.

Bayer has a background relating to all facets of real estate. Her father is an architect and her mother is an interior designer.

Atkins is a top producer who has been recognized for his sales production.

Taylor is known for her uncompromi­sing integrity and excellent communicat­ion skills.

For Powell, trust and honesty are benchmarks in helping customers meet their real estate needs.

BHGRE Gary Greene announced that Erin Kabbara, Maya Ho and Brandi Brantner have joined the Champions office, and Shirley Baker has joined the Fort Bend/ Sugar Land office.

Kabbara began her real estate career in her hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana, in 2006, then relocated with her husband’s job to Houston in 2010. After 18 months as an agent with BHGRE Gary Greene’s Cham- pions office, she and her family moved to Dubai, where she practiced real estate for four years.

She has since been relocated back to Houston, and has returned full-circle to resume her career with BHGRE Gary Greene. She will serve clients in the communitie­s of Champion Forest, Klein, Spring and throughout northwest Houston.

For the past 18 years, Ho has worked in the high-end hotel industry, from rank-and-file to executive level. She looks forward to working with first-time home buyers and those relocating to Houston, as well as with members of the Mandarin-speaking community within the neighborho­ods of Champions Forest, Klein, Spring and throughout northwest Houston.

After a 13-year career in education teaching for Klein ISD, Brantner, a graduate of Texas A&M, decided to utilize her teaching and communicat­ion skills in real estate. Brantner will work in the communitie­s of Klein, Champion Forest, Spring and throughout Northwest Houston.

Baker began her real estate career in Houston back in 1999, and has experience in both commercial and residentia­l real estate. Beginning in 2006, she worked in the Rio Grande Valley for 10 years specializi­ng in investment, vacation, farm and ranch, residentia­l rental and commercial properties, as well as in property management. She is fluent in Spanish and English, and currently focuses on working with seniors and investors.
