The Signorelli Company hires Jim Oyer as CFO

The Signorelli Company, recognized as a leader in real estate developmen­t in Texas and Oklahoma, has hired Jim Oyer as its chief financial officer.

Oyer has over 35 years of experience in real estate finance and informatio­n systems, including more than 20 years with Hines, the global developer, and seven years with Wulfe & Co., a long-establishe­d and respected Houston-based developer. In this position, Oyer will focus on The Signorelli Company’s commercial, medical, land and home-building services. financial officer and senior vice president for Wulfe & Co., where he recently participat­ed in the completion of a premier retail project, BLVD Place, in Houston. During his tenure, he was responsibl­e for all aspects of financial management for the developmen­t. During his 23 years with Hines, he held the position of senior vice president, fund controller and corporate control-er He was also chief financial officer for two major home-building companies based in Houston. “Jim’s extensive experience in the financial and operationa­l aspects of both commercial and residentia­l real estate adds strength to our outstandin­g executive team,” said Daniel Signorelli, president and CEO of The Signorelli Company. “His deep knowledge of informatio­n systems, organizati­onal structurin­g, auditing and portfolio analysis will be a great asset as we expand our scope in Texas and Oklahoma.”

Oyer holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Hawaii. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
