Giorgetti Houston makes debut with luxury style

Combining art, architectu­re and craftsmans­hip is how Sudhoff Companies describes the new Giorgetti Houston, a seven-story building in the Upper Kirby area where sales are now under way.

Thirty-two residences, including penthouse units, will be located in the boutique building on Steel Street in the Upper Kirby District.

Two- and threebedro­om residences will range from 2,716 to 4,419 square feet and will feature cabinets designed and manufactur­ed by Giorgetti, an Italian company that has been known for more than 100 years for its outstandin­g craftsmans­hip, unique style and its presence in luxury destinatio­ns throughout the world.

In addition to Giorgetti cabinetry, residences will feature Giorgetti lighting and a signature wall element.

Additional amenities will include Stone Italiana quartz countertop­s, Artos plumbing fixtures, wellappoin­ted kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, outdoor living spaces and hardwood floors in the entry, living, dining areas, kitchen, hallways and master bedrooms.

Developed by Stolz Partners and designed by the Mirador Group, Giorgetti Houston will offer residents a large, private outdoor loggia, private garages, access-controlled parking, four elevators, a dog park and a groundleve­l gym.

Prices start at $1.5 million.

The property offers a prime location close to major shopping, dining and employment centers including Greenway Plaza which is within walking distance.
