Valley Ranch expands in the Grand Parkway/I-69 corridor

-

Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre, master-planned community developed by The Signorelli Company, is at the intersection of I-69 and Grand Parkway, in proximity to Kingwood. Residents enjoy a community with amenities like the community water park, Town Grove Park and New Caney Independent School District schools.

At build-out, Valley Ranch will offer an office park, medical district, as well as the new hub for the recently opened Valley Ranch Town Center, a 240-acre mixed-use development with shopping, dining and entertainment, bringing more than 100 acres of parks and lakes to the north Houston market.

Bordering the hub of Valley Ranch Town Center is the 135-acre Town Grove Park, providing green space and lakes for events and gatherings.

The reality of the Town Center is giving people a better understanding of how dynamic Valley Ranch is. Legend Homes, Signorelli Homes and First America Homes offer new homes from $200,000s to $400,000s. The developer recently delivered 100 new homesites to Legend Homes in its newest neighborhood, the Azalea District, to keep up with the demand.

Valley Ranch is welcoming new builders, Horizon Homes and CastleRock Communities, which will begin construction on new model homes soon and will offer new floor plans, creating additional variety for consumers looking to move into a new home within the masterplanned community.
