Miss Sarah Michele Brejot Weds Mr. Timothy Edward Neuhaus

Miss Sarah Michele Brejot and Mr. Timothy Edward Neuhaus were united in marriage on Saturday, December 3 at four o’clock in the afternoon at Marina Park in WaterColor, Florida.

Dinner and dancing followed the ceremony at The Lakehouse, also in WaterColor. Music was provided by The Celebrity All Star Band of Atlanta, Georgia.

The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner on the eve of the wedding at Surfing Deer in Seagrove, followed by a welcome party for all wedding guests, which was hosted by close friends.

The Bride is the daughter of Carol Haugh Brejot of Houston, Texas and John Edwin Brejot of Austin, Texas. She is the granddaugh­ter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cyril Haugh of Dallas, Texas; the late Mr. Charles Murrell Brejot of Memphis, Tennessee and of Ms. Ruth Murphy Brejot of Memphis, Tennessee.

The Groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Sells Neuhaus of Houston, Texas. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Neuhaus of Houston, Texas, Mrs. James Walker Davis of Dallas, Texas and Mr. Timothy Hall Dunn of Dallas, Texas.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown designed by Catherine Deane. The bride carried a bouquet of all white peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, lisianthis, sweet peas and a touch of hydrangeas.

The bridal party wore ivory dresses designed by Joanna August. They carried smaller bouquets similar to the bride’s.

Bridesmaid­s were Sarah Miglicco Ballew, Grace Elizabeth Conner, Caroline Francis Conway, Lauren Ashley Fred, Taylor Throckmort­on Jackson, Megan Helen Kaldis, Mary Wakefield Newall, Brooke Relyea Wommack of Houston, Texas; Jenny Heiser Ozee of Dallas, Texas; Abby Smith Reardon of Fort Worth, Texas; Sarita Pitt Francis of Wichita, Kansas; Sarah Jane Jornayvaz Howell of New York, New York; and Rula Sawaf Tayara of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The junior bridesmaid was the groom’s niece, Sophia Charlotte Neuhaus. Serving as the flower girl was Morgan Grace Neuhaus, also the groom’s niece.

Serving as best men were Radford Sells Neuhaus and Stephen Dexter Neuhaus, brothers of the groom. Groomsmen were Arthur Maxwell Barrett, Matthew John Brejot, Bradley Edward Dinerstein, Keefer McGovern Lehner, Andrew Charles Sheedy, Richard Douglas Vaccari, Daniel Eric Zeplain of Houston, Texas; William Cullison Lehner of Austin, Texas; Douglas Edward Constantin­er of San Diego, California, Dr. Edward Stanley Shipper III of Palo Alto, California; Justin James Nugent of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Joseph Birrcher Landry, Jr. of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Sarah attended Memorial High School in Houston, Texas. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she earned a degree in Public Relations from the Moody College of Communicat­ion. Sarah was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Currently, she is an investor relations associate with Salient Partners in Houston, Texas.

The groom graduated from The Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity. He is currently a Vice President at Amegy Bank in Syndicated Finance and Alternativ­e Investment­s.

Following a honeymoon in Antigua, the couple will reside in Houston, Texas.
