Real estate firm announces office in Katy
Broker and owners Cameron Foster and Andrew W. Chong have announced the opening of their new real estate brokerage, Nexus One Properties LLC, in Katy. Foster and Chong, both formerly associated with a large national broker, opened Nexus One Properties on Dec. 1, and the office will serve Houston, Katy and surrounding areas.
Foster, Nexus One Properties’ CEO, said they felt there is no better time to open a new real estate brokerage than now.
“There are many opportunities that exist in today’s market, especially for first-time home buyers,” Foster said. “The real estate market fluctuates with time, and right now, in Houston; it’s a great business to be in and an excellent way to serve our community.”
Nexus One will offer agents its Immersion training system, which is designed to help agents increase production.
“We are busy recruiting agents,” said Chong, Nexus One’s COO. “We believe agents will transform their business with Immersion.”
Foster is a native Houstonian and attended Texas Christian University, where he received a BSc in finance/ real estate and entrepreneurial management. He has a background in construction and experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Chong, from Jamaica, graduated from the University of Texas – Austin, with a BBA in finance, and has been a licensed agent since 2002.
