Woodson’s Reserve’s Wooded Bend section introduces T | Select
Woodson’s Reserve, a luxury community in Spring, announced that Wooded Bend, the eighth and newest section in Woodson’s Reserve, will feature a new line of homes by Toll Brothers on 60-foot-wide homesites.
T | Select by Toll Brothers is a new line of homes that offer the same standards in style, quality, and customer service found in all Toll Brothers homes, at a lower price point, with many homes available for immediate move-in.
In addition, Perry Homes designs are now for sale starting in the upper $300,000s and ranging from 2,900 to more than 3,800 square feet. Wooded Bend will connect its residents to nature, trails and modern amenities.
To date, Woodson’s Reserve has 4.7 acres of ameni- ties, which include the 9,000-square-foot Woodson’s Club amenity center, more than 115 acres of preserved nature areas, and a resort-style pool that overlooks the natural wooded topography surrounding the community.
