Chef signs lease on Eastside location
• Texas chef Tim Love has leased 6,500 square feet at 3801 Eastside for a restaurant and two kiosks from Levy Park Conservancy. Kyle Poulson of the Fort Worth office of Transwestern and Greg Lewis of Lewis Property Co. represented the landlord. Gensler is designing the restaurant and kiosks, including one in a double-decker bus. Love is known for his Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in the Fort Worth stockyards. The restaurant, named Woodshed, is planned to open in mid-2018.
• Victoria’s Fine Linens, a specialty boutique owned by Vicki Marcus, has closed its longtime store at 1801 Post Oak Blvd.
• Lakeland Village Center, the first commercial center to open in Bridgeland, is now 57 percent leased with two new leases: La Macaron, a French pastry and coffee shop; and Eye Trends, an eye care center. Bridgeland is a project of Howard Hughes Corp. in Cypress.
• Cypress Real-Estate Investment has purchased the Brookhollow Village Shopping Center at U.S. 290 and West Little York. George Polydoros of Polydoros & Associates represented the seller, Brookhollow-Little York Joint Venture.
• Pasadena Park Shopping Center ,a 163,992-square foot center anchored by Big Lots and Dollar Tree at 6802 Spencer Highway, has changed hands. Marcus & Millichap handled the sale.
• A Houston investment group has purchased a 91,569-square-foot portion of Sienna Village, a 225,000-square-foot, H-E-B grocery-anchored center at Texas 6 and Sienna Parkway in Missouri City. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local developer. Among the tenants are Memorial Hermann, UT Physicians, Leslie’s Pool Supplies and Mattress One.
• Domino’s has leased 1,000 square feet in Shops at Maircopa, 8350 N. Fry Road, Cypress. Matt McKinnerney represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
• Tony Hood Fitness has leased 1,372 square feet at 4009 Bellaire Blvd. Keri Jo McCrory of Beeson Properties represented the landlord, KNA Partners.
