Suit seller finds a fit for new location

•Suit supply, a European brand, will open a second Houston-area store in a 3,247-square-foot space in Market Street-TheWoodlan­ds at 9595 Six Pine Drive. The retailer, which sells made-to-measure suits, trousers, shoes and other apparel and accessorie­s, has 70 stores internatio­nally. Thefirst of four Texas locations opened at West Avein 2013.

• Planet Fitness will open a location at 560 El Dorado Blvd. in Webster. Its 15th location in the Houston market, the 26,000-squarefoot center will hold a grand opening from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

•The Outback Steakhouse on Loop 610 at Beechnut has closed. Preleasing of a 23,450 squarefoot, two-story building proposed tobe built onthe site is underway, according to New Quest Properties.

• Sammy’s Sports Bar & Grill has leased 4,500 square feet in River Park Plaza at 17101 W. Grand Parkway South in Sugar Land. It will be the bar’s eighth location in the Houston market. Be au Evans and Jeff Goldberg of R 1 Brokerage represente­d the tenant and the landlord, Realty 1 Partners.

• 9Round Kickboxing has leased 2,700 square feet in the Shops at Sienna Creek, 9101 Sienna Christus, Missouri City. Jonathan Aron and Matt McKinnerne­y represente­d the landlord, Hunington Properties.

•Austin-based Twin Liquors has opened astor eat 5876 Creekside Forest Drive in The Woodlands.

• Potbelly Sandwich Shop will open in Bush Interconti­nental Airport in the new wing of Terminal C. Wally James of LaTrelle’s Management Corp. will operate the restaurant, which will feature decor with a Houston street art theme by local artist Sebastien Boileau. The restaurant will be open by early summer from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

• Signorelli Co. has started constructi­on on the second phase of Valley Ranch Town Center at the Grand Parkway and U.S. 59, northeast of Houston. The addition, totaling nearly 320,000 square feet, will bring stores such as TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes, Burlington and Pet Smart. Opening is planned in late 2017. Kroger Marketplac­e and Hobby Lobby will open in the center in April.
