Three more sign up for Cinco Ranch development
• Thor Equities has signed three more tenant sat The Shoppe sat C in co Ranch, a new development on 35 acres at Spring Green Boulevard and FM 1093 in Katy. The tenants are: Salata, 3,000 square feet; Super Yum my Mongolian Stir-Fry and Sushi, 2,610 square feet; and B am bu, a Vietnamese inspired chè, coffee, tea and smoothie shop, 1,540 square feet. Lowe’s opened a store in January, joining Iron Tribe Fitness, Great Clips, Nails of America and Big Frog. The development will total 250,000 square feet when complete in 2018.
•Tampa-based Bloomin’ Brands has closed Bone fish Grill locations in Webster and at La Centerra at Cinco Ranchin Katy and Outback Steakhouse locations in the Champions and Meyer land areas. They are among 43 underperforming restaurants the chain is closing.
• Snooze, an A.M. Eatery has signed a lease for 4,098 square feet at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch for a location to open bylate 2017. Donna Keith of Vista Equities Groupre presented the landlord. Jason Baker and Traci Holman with Baker Katz represented the tenant. Thecenter is off C in co Ranch Boulevard at the Grand Parkway.
•Mark Fisher of Scarborough Real Estate represented MetroPCS Corporate in three new stores. The company has leased 2,700 square feet at the Market at Cr en shaw ,4541 E. Sam Houston Parkway, in a deal negotiated by Grant Walker of Trans western for the landlord. Ashley Williams Strickland of New Quest Properties represented the landlord in a 2,757-square-foot lease at 5101 Bingle. David Greenberg of Greenberg & Co. represented the landlord in a 2,800-square-foot at 7330 Southwest Freeway.
•Hughie’ s Tavern& Vietnamese Grille has secured a lease in the space previously occupied by Foreign Correspondents restau- rant for a second location. Thenew venue, Hughie’s Heights, will open in 4,742-square-foot space at 4721 N. Main by the end of the second quarter. Austen Bald ridge of New Quest Properties represented the tenant. Zach Wolf represented the landlord, Braun Enterprises, which renovated the shopping center in 2015.
•National Cleaners has leased 1,050 square feet in the Shops at Harpers Crossing, 9803 Texas 242, Conroe. Jesse Hernandez and Stephen Pheigaru represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
•9 Round Fitness franchisee Pete Ekstrom has leased 1,600 square feet at 7613 Katy Freeway from Braun Enterprises. Zach Wolf represented the landlord.
