Keith Edward Hendricks timeline

1978 Keith Edward Hendricks is convicted of raping a woman at gunpoint in Marion County, Ind. May 14, 1993 Paroled after serving 15 years and six months. Sept. 8, 2005 Arrested and charged with felony possession and intent to distribute less than a gram of cocaine in Harris County. Dec. 9 Sentenced to 180 days in state jail, with some credit. June 2, 2006 Released from custody. Aug. 14 A woman named Faye is raped, and her case is later connected to Hendricks. Aug. 30 Arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. The case is dismissed the next day because prosecutors did not believe there was probable cause. Sept. 10 A woman named Jean is raped, but her rape kit would not be tested until 2013. The results, released the next year, would connect the crime to Hendricks.

Oct. 10 A woman named Dawn is raped, and her case is later connected to Hendricks. Oct. 17 Arrested and charged with aggravated assault for threatening a victim with a knife. Serves 100 days in Harris County Jail. April 9, 2007 A woman named Renee is raped, and her case is later connected to Hendricks. July 25 A woman named Tatum is raped, and her case is later connected to Hendricks. Aug. 19 A woman named Melissa Jackson is raped, and her case is later connected to Hendricks. Aug. 26 Melissa reports again being raped by Hendricks. Aug. 30 HPD investigator Pedro Moreno files aggravated sexual assault charges against Hendricks for the April 9 and Aug. 26 rapes. Moreno also files charges for misdemeanor assault against another woman.
