Real estate office moving to River Oaks Collection
• Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene will relocate its 1939 W. Gray office to the River Oaks Collection, a redevelopment of Braun Enterprises at 1705 W. Gray. The real estate brokerage will occupy 4,308 square feet on the second floor above Panera Bread. The space is being built out for Panera for an opening in late April or May. Ray Allison of BHGRE Gary Greene represented the tenant.
• Beauty Empire has leased 4,890 square feet in Fort Bend Town Center at Texas 6 and Fort Bend Tollway in Missouri City from New Quest Properties. Zack Sturgeon of New Quest Properties represented the landlord. Joanna Temple Johnston of Temple Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
• Newk’s Eatery has leased 4,243 square feet in Market at Town Center at Texas 6 and U.S. 59 in Sugar Land. Ben Brown of Baker Katz represented the tenant along with Jennifer Watson with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. John Wise represented the landlord, Weingarten Realty. Opening is planned for May 1.
• Tumi has leased 2,036 square feet in Memorial City Mall for a store to open in April. Danna Diamond represented the landlord, Metro National.
• Edible Arrangements has leased 1,050 square feet in Fairfield Marketplace at U.S. 290 and Mason Road, Cypress, from New Quest Properties. Bob Conwell and JJ McDermott of New Quest Properties represented the landlord. Brian Varvel of KW Premier Realty represented the tenant.
• Shipley’s Do-Nuts has leased 1,800 square feet at The Shops at Woodcreek by Rubicon Realty Group on FM 1463 in Katy. Inna Gallagher represented the landlord. The center will open in October.
• Summit Nails has leased 1,715 square feet in Orchard Green Shopping Center, 5950 Gulfton. Ori Batagower of New Quest Properties represented the landlord, Capcor Orchard Green.
• T-Mobile has leased 1,500 square feet in Sheldon Forest Shopping Center, 450 Sheldon Road, Channelview. Ori Batagower of New-Quest Properties represented the landlord, Capcor Sheldon Forest.
