Vintage Oaks hosts open house
A community-wide open house event will be held on Sunday, April 9, in the Texas Hill Country community of Vintage Oaks. Houston residents can visit the Hill Country and find their dream home or acreage property during the special weekend.
From noon-4 p.m. on Sunday, 15 move-in ready and model homes will be open for touring. The event will feature the grand opening of four model homes, built by some of the area’s top custom-home builders, as well as food trucks and door prizes.
No purchase is necessary, entry forms are readily available and each entry has an equal chance of winning.
Move-in ready homes range from 2,300 to 3,700 square feet of living space with spacious floor plans, Hill Country flair, state-of-the-art appliances, and high-end fixtures and finishes. The homes are all on 1-acre sites and priced from the $440,000s to $600,000s.
In addition, visitors may tour a variety of 1- to 14-acre properties available within the community including panoramic views, wooded and greenbelt sites starting in the $60,000s.
Vintage Oaks property owners enjoy the opportunity of using any builder they like with no time frame to begin building.
“This is the ideal weekend for Houston residents to visit the community and find the Vintage Oaks home or lot they have been dreaming about,” said Cole Haley, regional sales director for SouthStar Communities, developer of Vintage Oaks.
During the event, Vintage Oaks’ Tuscan Clubhouse area, which features a community gathering space with full outdoor catering kitchen as well as meeting rooms, two swimming pools, a lazy river, and a fitness room, will be open for touring.
Community maps with home locations will be available at the Vintage Oaks Sales Center, located at 1110 Vintage Way in New Braunfels. Appointments are available for private property and amenity tours.
