Pomona’s Ultimate Block Party set for April 22
Pomona, Hillwood Communities’ 1,000-acre residential community in Manvel, is preparing to host the Ultimate Block Party Event on Saturday, April 22.
The event showcases a tour of Pomona’s award-winning model home park from 3-7 p.m., as well as food trucks, music, prizes and family fun, including bubble soccer, bungee jumping, face painting and lawn games.
The first 500 kids will also receive a free kite. Admission is free and a portion of food and drink sales will benefit the Lone Survivor Foundation.
During the Ultimate Block Party, attendees can check out the model homes crafted by Pomona’s group of builders: Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Plantation Homes and Trendmaker Homes.
Perry Homes, the newest addition to Pomona’s builder lineup, will open its new model home this summer.
All builders are offering homes priced from the mid-$200,000s to the $600,000s with a wide selection of beautiful, innovative floor plans for buyers interested in building a new home or for those seeking move-in ready options.
