Buying, selling come naturally to Whaley

There is a lot to be said for a Realtor who has gone through the process of buying and selling, for the added experience and knowledge of the process when working with clients. Kim Whaley, a Realtor with Heritage Texas Properties, has that experience.

Whaley and her husband have purchased and sold six homes, so she genuinely understand­s the emotions that accompany such an important transactio­n, and often the largest a couple or individual will make. ‘Seamless’ process

“Because I know what it is like to buy and sell a home, I want to make sure my clients’ real estate transactio­ns are as seamless and pleasurabl­e as possible,” Whaley said.

Whaley hails from Franklin, Tennessee, but has called Houston home for 35 years. She and husband raised their twin boys, now in college, in the Memorial area, which is also her real estate focus area. However, her real main focus in providing the highest level of service to her clients.

She is known for her enthusiasm, coupled with a calm, confident manner, honed listening skills and attention to detail. Whaley also is experience­d in meeting the special needs of relocation buyers and sellers.

“I have been in real estate for the past 16 years and sincerely love what I do. There are regular tasks, but every day is different, with meeting new people, seeing new properties, and more. No two days are the same, which I love and enjoy,” Whaley said.

Whaley is also an award-winning Realtor, having been named as a Top producer at Heritage Texas Properties.
