Griffin Partners Office Fund III has purchased the 155,147-square-foot 520 Post Oak Blvd. office building. Danny Miller and John Indelli of HFF represented the sellers, Balandis Real Estate AG and Griffin Partners. Balandis AG was advised by EII Realty Corp.
Republic Square, the former Exxon Mobil campus at 13501 Katy Freeway owned by Third Palm Capital, has inked
leases with Belmont Technology, Crocodile Digital, Marjorie Lucero of Re/Max Experience and The FTO Group. Boxer Property represented the landlord. Vinmar International, a Houston-based petrochemical distributor, has signed a lease for a 500,000-square-foot, rail-served facility to be built in Baytown’s Cedar Port Industrial Park. The project, to be developed and owned by Avera Cos., will be on 40 acres on Sutton Road, off FM 1405. Kelley Parker and Kevin Snodgrass of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Seatex Blending Chemicaland Packaging will add a 7,000-squarefoot chemical storage and blending tank building at its 20-acre campus at 1102 North Blue Creek Road in El Campo. Houstonbased KDW will handle the expansion project. Adkisson purchased Group 5 acres hasin Missouri City’s Lakeview Business Park for the development of three distribution buildings to be marketed for sale or lease. The buildings at 711, 723 and 735 Buffalo Run will be sized at 13,800 square feet, 21,750 square feet and 24,750 square feet. Travis Land of NAI Partners represented the buyer. Alexander Reilly and Bo Pettit of Boyd Commercial represented the seller, Lakeview BP Land. Dallas-basedResidential Trust NexPointhas acquired the 260-unit Hollister Place apartments at 6565 Hollister for $24.5 million.
