JEAN T. JOHNSON

Jean Tallant Johnson passed away on May 17, 2017 in Houston, TX. She is survived by her sons, Stephen, Bruce, and Alan, her daughter-in-law Marilyn, her grandchildren, Benjamin and Nathan, and four great grandchildren. Jean was born on April 1,1920 in Chattanooga, TN. she graduated from Oklahoma Women’s College and served during WWII by teaching Morse Code to soldiers. Married to H. Clyde Johnson, her husband of 60 years. In 1965, they founded Johnson Paper Tube Co., The Memorial Service will be at Clarewood House, 7400 Clarewood Dr., Houston, TX on Wed. May 24th at 6:00 PM. The family asks that you send donations to Christchurch Presbyterian at 5001 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX. in lieu of flowers.
