GEORGE EDWARD OHLER

1949-2017

George Edward Ohler, 67, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at his home in Jersey Village. He was born May 28, 1949 in Denver, Colorado to George and Mary Ann Ohler.

George lived life to the fullest. He was a world traveler who loved adventure. George experienced everything from skydiving to running a marathon and fulfilled all of his dreams. George was liked by all who met him and loved greatly by his family.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Nola Lowery Ohler, sister, Sheila Ann Carter and husband Ronald, brother-inlaw, James Lowery and wife Patricia, 2 nieces, Tiffany Ballinger and husband Wes, Trina Moers and husband Ron, 2 nephews, Brandon Lowery and wife Kristi, Jeremy Lowery and wife Leticia and numerous great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 10135 West Road, Houston, 77064 with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Visitation will be Thursday evening, May 25, 2017 from 4-8 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel in Rosenberg.
