GHBA members receive BBB excellence awards
Trust is built and maintained by many small actions over time. Since 1912, The Better Business Bureau has been helping consumers find and recommend businesses, brands, and charities they can trust.
On May 10, the BBB and the BBB Education Foundation honored BBB Accredited Businesses and Charity Members that maintain a superior commitment to ethics, overall excellence, and quality in the workplace at the 2017 Awards for Excellence luncheon.
The event was held at the Bayou City Event Center, hosted by KHOU’s Deborah Duncan.
The Better Business Bureau of Houston receives hundreds of nominations for its Awards for Excellence. A panel of Silver Fox Advisors representing business owners, entrepreneurs and CEOs evaluates each award application and selects finalists for the achievements and commitment to overall excellence and quality in the workplace.
This recognition carries great personal sense of accomplishment to our GHBA members, but equally important is that it represents a collective commitment to the Greater Houston community.
GHBA members Kurk Homes and Incredible Renovations LLC, were recognized with Pinnacle Awards.
“The Pinnacle Award is the highest honor an organization can receive from the BBB. The selection of the winners is based on a rigorous and extensive annual evaluation of organizations utilizing performance standards such as dedication to customer service, ethical and trustworthy business behavior and commitment to excellence,” according to the BBB.
When asked what it means to Incredible Renovations to receive the Pinnacle Award, Adam Bakir, general manager, said, “Uncompromising top-notch service to our clients is priority #1 and it is a great honor to be recognized for our efforts.”
