Estelle Elles has been a Realtor with Bernstein Realty for more than 20 years and her organization, communication skills and personality keep her clients coming back and referring her to their family and friends.

Elles knows the market and has extensive knowledge of many areas of Houston.

“The real estate industry is exciting and keeps delivering positive results despite rumors of a slowdown in the economy. It is fantastic to be part of such a diverse, vibrant city, not only of diverse people but also all the different choices of housing and locations,” Elles said.

Elles works in most areas of town, from the Inner Loop to the Energy Corridor, to Katy, Tomball and The Woodlands.

“It is stimulating to sell a bungalow built in 1910 in The Heights to a brand-new home on Lake Houston,” Elles said.

She believes in providing her clients with as much knowledge as possible and providing value to their real estate experience. It is important to her to stay on top of every step of the process and to put her client’s interest first. And more than ever, buyers and sellers demand immediate and efficient ways of communicating.

Elles was born and raised in South Africa, completed a law degree, joined the Foreign Service and in 1983 was appointed as vice consul at the South African Consulate. In 1987, she married a Texan and decided to make Houston her home. She received her real estate license the same year.

The idea of being in charge of her own destiny attracted her and she has never looked back. The diplomatic service taught Elles to be professional, patient and a problem solver.

“Bernstein Realty has provided me with endless opportunities during my 23 years with this great company,” Elles said.

Elles has been recognized as Top Producer several times including, most recently, in 2016. She has also been named a Top Sales Agent Representing Buyers and been awarded the Achievement of Excellence and recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award.

“I am honored to be a member of the Bernstein Realty Advisory board and working with a very dynamic broker, Amy Bernstein and a fantastic staff. Houston is a great city and I look forward to playing a role in fulfilling people’s real estate needs,” Elles said.
