Juli Mahaney has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Fort Bend/Sugar Land office. Mahaney brings a wealth of business acumen, as she and her husband have owned a manufactur­ed stone company.

A Fort Bend County resident, she is focused on working with residentia­l, farm and ranch, and commercial buyers and sellers in the communitie­s of Richmond and Rosenberg, and throughout Fort Bend County.

Amber Naylor has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Inner Loop office.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communicat­ion and psychology. Before joining Gary Greene, she worked as a new-home counselor, and also went through a 16-week training program that prepared her for a career in real estate. Naylor will work with buyers and sellers in Midtown, Montrose, Medical Center, Museum District, Houston Heights, West University and Bellaire.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServic­es Anderson Properties has announced that Karen Keating has joined the company as an area manager, responsibl­e for operations in Friendswoo­d, Alvin and the Bay Area.

“Karen has long been recognized as a leader in the Houston real estate community, including being named as one of the Houston Associatio­n of Realtors’ top producers and earning numerous awards for service to her clients,” said Rick Young, chief operating officer of Anderson Properties. “She also successful­ly ran her own brokerage in the Clear Lake area for several years and has been a licensed instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission at Champions School of Real Estate.

Her skills in marketing, negotiatin­g, training and profession­al developmen­t makes her a tremendous asset.”

RE/MAX The Woodlands and Spring recently participat­ed in the Texas Sentinels Foundation’s Operation Lock–N-Load 2017 fundraiser held at Westside Sporting Grounds in Katy.

Not only were there several representa­tives of RE/MAX The Woodlands and Spring who took part in the annual sporting clays tournament as shooters and volunteers, the office also sponsored two teams composed of fire fighters from The Woodlands Fire Department.

Connie Newman Renouard has joined her mother, Realtor Flo Newman at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, where she’s a licensed buyer’s agent in The Flo Newman Network.

Renouard’s knowledge of the market area also can be traced back to her youth.

“My family moved to The Woodlands in 1974, when George Mitchell was beginning to plan the roads for what would become the original village, Grogan’s Mill,” she said. “I’ve watched the area grow and evolve, and that gives me an advantage when home buyers present specific needs about location or amenities.”

Graduating from Baylor University with a degree in communicat­ions marketing and a minor in interior design, Renouard operated a luxury residentia­l staging business for more than a decade.

BHGRE Gary Greene announced that Jack Cowen, Jennifer Owen, Mira Badel and Cindy Neubauer have joined the Lake Houston sales office; Mildred Molina has joined the Friendswoo­d sales office; Chris Konikowski has joined the Champions office; and Kari Campbell has joined the Magnolia office.

Cowen has worked in accounting and finance. He stages listings, markets them on more than 1,000 websites, hosts open houses and utilizes a proprietar­y database to target buyers for a home. He will represent buyers and sellers in Lake Houston and the surroundin­g areas.

Owen earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of Houston.

She began her career at BHGRE Gary Greene as an in-house insurance agent for Gibraltar Insurance Company.

She will represent buyers and sellers in Lake Houston.

Badel first establishe­d her real estate career in Florida in 2001 and speaks English, German and Croatian fluently. She is focused on helping clients to find their home within the communitie­s of Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita and in the Lake Houston area.

Neubauer transferre­d to Texas from Ohio as a letter carrier with USPS, then retired a year later after 25 years of service.

For the last two years, she worked in retail management for the Houston Astros. She looks forward to helping buyers and sellers to find their home in the communitie­s of Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita and throughout the Lake Houston area.

Molina has an associate degree in business management and human resources. She began her real estate career in 2009, looking to work for first-time home buyers and in foreclosur­e prevention. She will represent buyers and sellers in Friendswoo­d.

Konikowski earned his BBA in management from Stephen F. Austin State University. Upon graduation, he was hired as a software test engineer at Compaq, and rose into leadership as project manager within its small and medium business division.

He helps clients to buy, sell, and find their home in the communitie­s of Champion Forest, Klein, Spring and throughout the greater Houston area.

Campbell has more than 30 years of experience in sales and management, including 17 years as the owner of a decorative paint and design business.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of The Pacific. She is focused on helping her clients around Magnolia, as well as throughout the greater northwest Houston area.

Dianna Davis has joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s Internatio­nal Realty as a Realtor associate.

Davis’ more than 15-year career in the mortgage lending business have been the perfect marriage between residentia­l real estate and a satisfied client base. Originally from Oklahoma, her has resided in the River Oaks/ Montrose area for many years. Davis will be working from the Galleria office.
