Wendy Sarmasag makes customer service her priority
Wendy Sarmasag, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors, is known for putting her clients first and providing superior customer service.
“To me, real estate is about people, about my clients, about the relationships,” Sarmasag said.
Moreover, her past experiences help clients’ success, which is one reason the majority of her business today is based on referrals from highly satisfied clients.
“I love working in real estate, and I look forward to each day. But most of all, it is important to me to provide the best possible customer service to each client, to build the relationships, and to get to know my clients, which helps me meet their real estate goals more successfully. Our relationship does not end at the closing table; I continue to be there for them as a resource,” Sarmasag said.
After spending several years in the medical property management arena, Sarmasag joined Coldwell Banker United, Realtors in 2004.
“In property management, I helped tenants with buildouts, improvements, maintenance, contracts and negotiations. I also assisted tenants with decor, picking out wallpaper, flooring, etc.,” Sarmasag said.
This experience benefits her clients today, as she helps clients see how a home or a particular space could meet their goals, with her eye for decor and improvements, if they are necessary.
“Today, when I am showing a home, I am always looking for any maintenance issues, looking at the details. I also am able to walk into a home and see its possibilities. This and other experience is what I brought with me from my previous career,” Sarmasag said.
Sarmasag’s focus area is close to her home, which is West University, and includes Bellaire, Memorial and Galleria areas.
Sarmasag is also excited with the latest news from Coldwell Banker United, Realtors.
