Conroe center will have a Kroger and a HomeGoods
Fidelis Realty Partners announced several tenants in 336 Marketplace, a development planned for 700,000 square feet in the Grand Central Park community. The center, on 102 acres at the southwest corner of Interstate 45 and South Loop 336 in Conroe, will include a 125,000-square-foot Kroger Signature store; HomeGoods, 42,000 square feet; Ross, 25,000 square feet; and Michaels, 21,000 square feet. The stores will open in early 2018.
MenMar Properties has acquired a 21,000-square-foot office/warehouse at 4202 Telephone Road for a Fiesta Beverage Mart store and storage location. The seller, City Office Supply, relocated to 6049 South Loop East. Bill Schneidau represented the buyer. Barrett Von Blon of Davis Commercial represented City Office Supply in the sale and its relocation.
Spec’s Wine & Spirits has leased 15,194 square feet from NewQuest Properties for a store in Willis Town Center. The center is at the northeast corner of Interstate 45 and FM 1097. Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord.
Tony’s Seafood has leased 1,400 square feet in the Starfield Center at 17099 Walden Road, Conroe. Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Starfield2016.
GC Houston-S. Post Oak 2107 Ltd. has purchased a 0.7-acre tract at South Post Oak Boulevard and West Orem Drive from NewQuest Properties to develop a Golden Chick restaurant. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. J.P. Hayes and Jeff Warwick of SRS Real Estate represented the buyer.
Blue Lion Salon Studios has leased 11,436 square feet at Baybrook Gateway, 1001 Bay Area Blvd. in Webster. Brody Farris represented the landlord, Weingarten Realty Investors. Mark Raines and Matt Parsons of JLL represented the tenant.
