Apache Corp. has signed a short-term lease renewal with Parkway for 524,000 square feet at its Post Oak Central headquarte­rs through Feb. 28, 2022. Under the deal, announced by Parkway, Apache could exercise five-year or 10-year renewal options prior to year’s end. Tim Relyea and Scott Wegmann of Cushman & Wakefield represente­d the tenant.

Stream Realty Partners announced several new leases in the Remington Square III, a 200,552-square-foot office building at 10713 W. Sam Houston Parkway North. Accudata Systems, represente­d by Louie Crapitto at JLL, leased 17,705 square feet; BeneFit

Services, represente­d by Caleb Lawson at Flat Rock Commercial Real Estate Group, leased 9,609 square feet; Liberty Mutual Insurance, represente­d by Craig Jablin at Savills Studley, leased 2,938 square feet; and Northern Natural Gas, represente­d by Steve Burkett and Brian Jacobson, leased 2,397 square feet. The deals, along with a recent expansion by Patterson-UTI Energy, bring the recently completed building to 43 percent leased. Ryan Bishop and Brad Fricks of Stream Realty represente­d the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.

Hartree Partners has renewed and expanded its lease for a total of 6,531 square feet in Two Allen Center, 1200 Smith. Jessica Ochoa, John Pruitt and Bubba Harkins of JLL represente­d the landlord, Brookfield Property Partners. Wyatt McCulloch and Lucian Bukowski of CBRE represente­d the tenant.

Autumn Air has purchased a 7,500-square-foot building at 18812 Tomato in Spring from Marshan Holdings. The seller, an affiliate of Triumph Internatio­nal that provides parts for drilling rigs and well servicing, is relocating office and distributi­on operations to Krahn Road, also in the Spring area. Becky Greer of Charter Title at the Vintage provided title services. Leigh Anne Ahr of Proximity Commercial Advisors brokered the transactio­ns.
