DANNY FRANK ANNOUNCED AS HERITAGE TEXAS PROPERTIES VP OF SALES PERFORMANCE

Heritage Texas Properties is pleased to announce that Danny Frank has joined the company as Vice President of Sales Performance. A former chair of the Houston Association of Realtors, Frank will office in the company’s office at 14340 Memorial Drive.

In addition to his impressive background as a sales manager, trainer and mentor for real estate professionals in the Houston region, Frank is a recognized real estate industry leader and important guiding influence in HAR. Prior to his chairmanship, he was a member of the HAR Government Affairs Advisory Group and served two terms as chair of the Technology Advisory Group. Frank was elected to the HAR Board of Directors in 2008, served as chairelect in 2012, and as chair in 2013. He was named HAR Realtor of the Year in 2014 and served as chair of the MLS Committee through 2015. He continues to serve on committees for HAR, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the NAR Board of Directors.

Frank began his career as an account executive and then division manager in manufacturing sales. He managed sales operations in 13 western states, northern Mexico, and western Canada, and provided direction and leadership for 60 sales representatives. In 2004, Frank transitioned into residential real estate sales where he fast-tracked into agent training, sales management, and eventually brokerage ownership.
