McDaniel’s focus areas are Montgomery, north Harris counties
Real estate is a continually changing industry, and Realtors must stay up to date with markets and the laws related to the industry.
“I love real estate, and work hard to stay current because I have the honor of working with people making one of the largest purchases of their lives. I pay careful attention to every detail. That’s why I adopted the slogan, ‘the smallest details make the biggest difference,’” said Roxann McDaniel, a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Anderson Properties.
McDaniel wears many hats to try and ensure her clients are successful in their real estate goals, which is one of the reasons she has been described as a mediator, emergency diffuser, fiscal wizard and confidant.
With her office in The Woodlands, her focus area is in the northern Harris and Montgomery County areas.
“I try not to venture too far away from these areas, because this is where I am considered an expert,” said McDaniel, a second-generation Houstonian who has called the Montgomery County area home since 1979.
“This is a good time to purchase a home. Plus, there are a lot of good deals for resale and new construction,” she said.
McDaniel has seen the area grow from a stop along I-45 to a major destination.
“I live, shop, work and play here. My family enjoys the restaurants, amenities, entertainment venues, and my kids went through schools here. So, I pride myself in knowing first hand what the area has to offer,” McDaniel said.
In 1999, she began selling new construction and estate property part time, becoming a fulltime Realtor in 2005.
“I love people, and home has always been important to me, so I turned to real estate.” McDaniel said.
Prior to real estate, she worked in television advertising, eventually becoming sales manager to the southern region of the U.S., and then as a wedding planner.
In these jobs, she worked with different types of people with their own wants and needs. The skills honed in these positions, such as communication, business, organization, negotiations and financial, are priceless.
An award-winning Realtor, she is known for going the extra mile for her clients.
McDaniel also has obtained a range of certifications. She also enjoys a healthy referral business.
“I’m passionate about my work. It’s very fulfilling and I love it,” McDaniel said.
