Dallas firm buys Pearland shopping center

Dallas-based Dunhill Partners has purchased the Center at Pearland Parkway I, a fully occupied retail center at FM 518 and Pearland Parkway in eastern Pearland. The 167,704-squarefoot center, which opened in 2014, was developed by Stream Realty Partners and Dallasbase­d Thackery Partners. Tenants include Ross Dress

for Less and T.J. Maxx. Rusty Tamlyn and Ryan West of HFF represente­d the seller. A second phase of the center, anchored by Academy Sports + Outdoors, was not part of the sale. New tenants in Phase II include Bath & Body Works, First Watch, MidiCi Pizza, Amazing Lash and Salata. KorMex Properties has purchased 40,000 square feet of land on Eagle Drive north of Langston

Boulevard and the future H-E-B retail developmen­t in Mont Belvieu as the site of a Taco Bell. Shaw Commercial Properties represente­d the seller, the city of Mont Belvieu, and CAC Reaty represente­d the buyer. Opening is targeted by April. Pearland Corners Shopping Center, a 37,548-squarefoot center at 1635 E. Broadway in Pearland, has changed hands. Jerry Goldstein of Marcus & Millichap represente­d the seller.

MedExpress has leased 25,722 square feet in Brazos Town Center at U.S. 59 and FM 762, Rosenberg, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represente­d the landlord. Stephen Tou and Zachary Hoffer of the Retail Connection represente­d the tenant.
