Kelty Ferguson’s life calling is to serve
Having a knowledgeable and caring Realtor can make the difference between a smooth transaction and a not-so-smooth transaction, if you are a buyer or a seller.
“I thought buying a new home would be one of the most exciting experiences in my life. Despite my enthusiasm, I was quietly worrying about making the wrong decision, the right location, spending too much, would renovations be required, and would we be able to sell this house down the road?” said Kelty Ferguson, a Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty.
Ferguson’s worries quickly disappeared with the help of an experienced real estate agent who guided her and her family through the process. Finding a knowledgeable agent was key.
“Now that I am Realtor, I understand what some buyers maybe going through and their worries,” Ferguson said.
She also now has the experience and knowledge that she so appreciated in the Realtor that helped her and her family, that she now offers her clients.
Ferguson’s life calling is to serve, and she does this through her real estate career.
She is known for her passion in helping her clients, being resourceful, energetic, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy.
She is also known as being organized, hard working, with a strong work ethic and down to earth, as she gets along with most anyone.
“I love meeting new people. Serving as a director in a wellness institution and at a local nonprofit were the stepping-stones for what I do today. My passion is real estate and I am truly blessed to be able to live my life doing something that I am passionate about,” Ferguson said.
Ferguson is from Corsicana and has lived in Houston for the past 15 years.
“I have fallen in love with Houston. I see the rich history and diverse ethnicities across neighborhoods. I live in the northeast area, but am just as familiar with Kingwood, The Woodlands to inside the Loop. My office is on Main Street in Kingwood, but I sell homes all over the city. I go wherever I have a buyer or seller who needs me,” Ferguson said.
One of the great things for Ferguson and her family in living in northeast Houston is they have the accessibility to Houston, but still have the smalltown vibe.
Ferguson has been in real estate since 2006, and is in the “Circle of Excellence” for achieving production goals, which is Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s highest accolade.
