Highland Homes’ summer promotion ends July 31

-

Highland Homes is paying up to $10,000 in closing costs while Horizon Homes, an affiliate of Highland, is paying up to $6,000 in closing costs when buyers purchase a new home by July 31.

In August, Highland Homes will introduce a new promotion.

Highland and Horizon Homes, now an employeeowned company, builds in more than 25 of the Houston area’s communities, offering residents access to top schools, proximity to employment and shopping corridors, and a host of on-site amenities.

With locations around Houston, from Pearland to Katy to Humble, buyers can select from a wealth of home designs priced from the $200,000s to $800,000s.

Home designs are done in-house based on feedback from homeowners, and reflect both functionality and style. In addition, homes are built to high standards of quality and energy efficiency.

A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned Highland Homes many industry awards, including consistent high rankings by J.D. Power and Associates.

However, the top honor comes through referrals from homeowners as well as Realtors who sell Highland Homes.

Dozens of move-in ready homes are available, with more under construction for move-in this summer.

To view a list of communities and plans available, ask a Realtor or visit www.HighlandHomes.com or www. HorizonHomes.com.
