Mark Maniha has large base of repeat clients, referrals

After Mark Maniha, a Realtor with John Daugherty, Realtors graduated from Texas A&M, he went to work, with one goal in mind.

“I was always interested in real estate, and my goal was to work for John Daugherty, Realtors. The values, customer care and everything about the company impressed me,” Maniha said.

Shortly after college, Maniha interviewe­d with John Daugherty but due to being a new Realtor, he was not hired.

“John was so kind, so polite. I highly respect him. He told me to get some experience under my belt, work hard and then come back to see him. That is exactly what I did, and now I have been with John Daugherty for 21 years,” Maniha said.

One of the things that impressed Maniha about John Daugherty was — and is — its customer service.

“John Daugherty provides a level of service, the white glove profession­alism, going above and beyond to ensure clients are satisfied, which I adopted,” Maniha said.

Prior to joining John Daugherty, Maniha worked in many areas of real estate, including internatio­nal relocation clients, high-rises, commercial properties and residentia­l.

Today, his clients are mainly residentia­l buyers and sellers, and he continues to work hard which as lead to him being a Top Producer for several years.

Maniha is a third-generation Houstonian, and he knows the city well, which is one reason he does not have a set focus area. He assists clients from downtown to Spring Valley, West University, Medical Center, Briargrove Park, and other areas.

“Houston is a wonderful city, and it continues to be a great time to buy, sell and invest, especially with interest rates so slow. I urge anyone considerin­g a real estate transactio­n to move forward,” Maniha said.

Maniha loves real estate, from working with clients, reviewing homes, to negotiatio­ns and closing. But most of all, he loves finding the right home for clients, which he feels is fulfilling.

Maniha is known for working hard, his communicat­ion skills, being a good listener and for his sincerity in helping clients.

Due to these skills and others, Maniha has a large base of repeat clients, referrals and multiple generation­s of families, which speaks highly of his work ethic.

“I love what I do and people say it shows,” Maniha said.
