Smith leads strategy development and implementation for Stewart Agency Services and provides guidance to other leaders across the title industry. She has been an advocate for leading the company into the digital era and pioneering new initiatives designed to decrease cost and maximize efficiency.
Her efforts have resulted in new technology integrations that have increased top-line growth and improved resources available to independent agents in Stewart’s Trusted Provider network. She specializes in analyzing and resolving operational issues in a way that drives growth — ultimately impacting agents and consumers at every touch-point in the customer journey.
