‘Trail to Adventure Tour’ at NorthGrove set for Sept. 9

-

NorthGrove at Spring Creek will have s’mores and more ready for adventurous home buyers from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9, to celebrate the opening of the clubhouse and new trails.

During the Magnolia community’s “Trail to Adventure Tour,” trailblazers can spend the day exploring NorthGrove’s new Cardinal Trail and the Retreat, a 7.5-acre recreation complex, while enjoying tunes spun by a live DJ, a caricature artist, food trucks and cool treats.

The Retreat in NorthGrove has been designed to be a “home away from home” for residents where they can relax by a resort-style pool or meet up with neighbors at the contemporary, lodge-style 9,400-square-foot clubhouse.

A children’s play area encourages young residents to create their own adventures, while a 24-hour fitness center helps adults stay in top condition.

Cardinal Trail is the newest amenity to the community — one of many outdoor amenities that also includes 200 acres of preserved green space, three amenity lakes, Spring Creek Greenway and several outdoor entertainment areas.

Six model homes will open their doors during the event, showcasing floor plans and options to guests interested in continuing their adventures by making their home at NorthGrove.

Builders Perry Homes, M/I Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Toll Brothers offer a range of homes priced from the $300,000s to $600,000s.

Located at the intersection of FM 2978 and NorthGrove Parkway — in proximity to Grand Parkway, Texas 249 or Woodlands Parkway — NorthGrove offers the atmosphere of a small town, a country lifestyle and access to all the conveniences and necessities of modern living. Plus, children will attend Magnolia Independent School District schools.
