Wolfies Swim School has a new location opening Sunday
Wolfies Swim School has a new location at 5230 Cedar in Bellaire. Cindy Wolf Meador founded the school, which specializes in small class sizes with a maximum of three students. The grand opening will be 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. The school also holds classes at the West University Place Recreation Center, 4210 Bellaire.
The Learning Experience, with more than a dozen franchise centers in the Houston area, plans four more area locations: 15606 West Airport Blvd., Sugar Land, opening in September or October; 7402 Grand Mission Blvd., Richmond, opening later this year; 3701 Bellaire Blvd., near West University Place; and 4920 River Falls Drive, Sugar Land. The latter two both open in early 2018. The centers, which serve up to 170 children from 6 months to 6 years in age, contain 10,000 square feet, plus a 2,000-squarefoot playground.
J.McLaughlin has opened a store in Market Street in The Woodlands. Other area locations are at Town & Country Village and the River Oaks Shopping Center. Market Street, 9595 Six Pines Drive, is owned by a joint venture of an affiliate of Trademark Property Co. and Institutional Mall Investors.
Sterling RE Group has leased 1,621 square feet at Three Weiman Center, 14531 FM 529. Dani Allison of Office Solutions represented the landlord.
Good Feet has leased 1,370 square feet of retail space in Shoppes at Grand Crossing, at Interstate 10 and Texas 99. Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, POG Kosmos 1099 LP. David Wise of Streetwise Realty represented the tenant.
Amco Auto Insurance and Prestige Perfume have renewed leases in Fondren Southwest Village, at West Bellfort and Fondren. Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, Garrison Fondren.
An undisclosed buyer has purchased the 11,200-square-foot Pinemont Retail Center at 5602 Pinemont. Sam Affanhe and David Rodarte of Retail Solutions represented the seller.
Zarina Pharmacy has leased 1,250 square feet in The First Colony Professional Center. Matt McKinnerney and Rafael Melara of Hunington Properties represented the landlord.
Riverside Assets Management LLC has purchased 11.8 acres at FM 529 and Fry Road. Jeff Lokey of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Bill Byrd of Colliers International represented the seller, Eastbourne Fry & 529 II.
