Shopping center in Harmony community is sold
Rayford Harmony, a new 31,500-square-foot shopping center at the Grand Parkway and Ray ford Road in the Harmony master-planned community in Spring, has changed hands. Matt Berry with CBRE represented the seller, R 1 Ray ford Road. A Texas based institutional fund with retail investments across the country purchased the center.
AMC Theatres hassignedon as an anchor tenant in Metro Park Square,a69-acredevelopment with dining, shopping,entertainment, hotels and apartments in Shenandoah. The 10-screen, 41,500- square-foot theater complex is expect to open in early 2018, according to real estate firm Baker Katz. The center, owned by Daniel Moon with Sam Moon Group, is being developed east of Interstate 45 and south of Texas 242. Steve Green berg with the Retail Connection represented the owner.
J.L. Property has purchased Highland Knolls Shopping Center, an89,000-square-footcenter formerly anchored by Rand al ls at the northeast corner of Mason Road and Highland Knolls Drive in Katy. Kristen Barker and Wes Miller with Wul fe& Co. represented the seller,Rev es co Properties at Highland Knolls. Eli Nu nley with Not us Group represented the buyer. The new owner plans to open an Asian supermarket in the center, which also includes Chase Bank, AT&T,TGFHairc utters, State Farm Insurance and Pacific Dental Group, according to Wul fe &Co. The Rand al ls store at 1525 S. Mason closed earlier this year.
Regions Bank leased a 1.04- acre retail pad site in Grand Morton Town Center at the Grand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road, Katy, from New Quest Properties. Josh Fried land er and Rebecca Le of New Quest Properties represented the landlord. Russell J an icek of CB RE represented the tenant.
First Watch will open a locationMonday at 28902 U.S .290 in Cypress. Mac Haik Enterprises is developing the breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant concept in the Houston market. The company own sand operates five other restaurants, in Katy,Champion Forest, Pearl and and College Station. They are among more than 20 First Watch locations in Texas.
Crane’s Dress Boutique has leased 3,200 square feet in Wood ridge Plaza Shopping Center on Interstate 45 across from The Wood lands Mall. Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Katherine Wild man of Wul fe& Co. representedthe landlord, CH Realty.
