REAL ESTATE NOTES
Native Houstonian Lance Rosmarin has joined John Daugherty, Realtors as a sales associate specializing in luxury homes for buyers and sellers throughout the Houston area.
Since the 1980s, Rosmarin has accumulated a background in building sales, office leasing, marketing and divesting, and business management. He then joined the Houston real estate industry, focusing on the West University, River Oaks, Bellaire and close-in Memorial neighborhoods.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received degrees in business administration and marketing. He attended McCombs Graduate School of Business in Austin.
Holly Rose and Rose Boynton have joined the Memorial sales office of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene; Alex Morales has joined the Inner Loop sales office; Blanca Almaguer and Victoria Rivera have joined the Champions sales office; Phyllis Grey has joined the Tomball sales office, all of them as agents.
Rose was a flight attendant in charter, commercial and corporate air travel.
Boynton has a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies and comes to Gary Greene with essential experience in financial planning, budgeting, and book keeping. Before working in the real estate industry, she served as the office manager at Shelco Inc., an engineering firm in Houston.
Additionally, Boynton is prepared to help any Spanish-speaking clients by providing them with all the information and help necessary.
Morales worked in the hospitality industry for high-end dining, including the wine industry and business advertising sales.
Almaguer comes to Gary Greene from a family of real estate agents, with many years of personal experience in property investment, real estate rehab and commercial property management. She is also fluent in Spanish, and is ready to assist Spanish-speaking clients in their real estate experience.
Rivera holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of St. Thomas. She was an international territory sales manager for Tyco International, responsible for the sale of various lines of fire suppression systems in the Caribbean and Central America.
Grey graduated from the University of Missouri with a master’s degree in education, and holds numerous other certifications in family counseling and special needs of children from St. Louis University and Washington University. After working as an educator and licensed counselor, she entered the real estate business.
