Man shot in stomach at downtown club

A man was reportedly shot in the stomach Friday night at a nightclub in downtown Houston.

Houston police said the man was shot around 2 a.m. at the Engine Room in the 1500 block of Pease Street. He was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital.

There were no further details on his condition, what led to the shooting or whether there is a suspect in custody.
