Chuy’s signs lease for new location
Chuy’s has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease for a Tex-Mex restaurant in The Shops at Chasewood Park at Chasewood Parkway and Texas 249 in northwest Houston. Stephen Pheigaru represented the landlord, Hunington Properties. The Learning Experience has leased 10,000 square feet at Katy Pin Oak Shops, at the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and Pin Oak Road in Katy. Benny Nguyen of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Chad Weissman of ComRealty Group represented the tenant.
Auntie Pasto’s is planning a Pearland location, the company announced. Pearland Restaurant Partners has leased 3,900 square feet at 10009 Broadway for a location similar to the Bellaire Auntie Pasto’s, which has been in business more than 25 years. Lasco Development represented the landlord, Pearland Fitness Partners. Amegy Bank provided financing. American Family Care has leased 6,300 square feet in Stonegate Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Barker Cypress Road and Tuckerton Road in Towne Lake. Ben Brown with Baker Katz and Jennifer Watson with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Jim Bayne with Investar Real Estate Services represented the landlord.

Care has leased a former CVS at 10505 Jones Road at Fallbrook by the Steeplechase subdivision. Carlos Izquierdo with Bayou City Commercial represented the tenant. Kristen Barker with Wulfe & Co. represented the landlord.
The Catch has leased 2,984 square feet for a seafood restaurant in Champions Village, 5203 FM 1960 West. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented tenant. Additional locations are planned in Conroe and Meyerland.
Rhotey Rotisserie Cuisine has leased 1,500 square feet at Rosewood Shopping Center, 9296 Westheimer. Rick Gutierrez of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Wild Birds Unlimited has opened locations in Kingwood Market, Pearland Square and Village Green in Cinco Ranch. Wes Miller with Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant. J&J Wings & Seafood has leased 2,000 square in The Westchase Shopping Center. Matt McKinnerney represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
