Man killed after being stabbed in domestic dispute

A man was killed early Saturday after a violent disturbance in the Third Ward involving two other people, according to the Houston Police Department.

The man was stabbed by another man and possibly shot around 1:20 a.m. at a residence on Tierwester, according to Sgt. Steven Murdock with the Houston Police Department.

He died at the residence. The violence stemmed from a domestic dispute between the two males and a woman.

Witnesses heard a lot of shouting and screaming.

Murdock said the case is under investigation and no one has been taken into custody.
