Shopping center in Montgomery has a new owner
Montgomery Trace Shopping Center, a 94,893square-foot center on 14 acres at 20821 Eva, Montgomery, has changed hands. The building is 92 percent leased to 15 tenants. Jeff Tinsley of the J. Beard Real Estate Co. represented the seller, Montgomery Trace Shopping Center DST Texas.
Pluckers Wing Bar will open at 20821 Gulf Freeway in Webster on Nov. 21. The Austin-based sports bar and wing restaurant plans to open a fourth area location in Cypress in early 2018.
Citris Nails has leased 5,000 square feet in the Center at Pearland Parkway, 2650 Pearland Parkway, Pearland, from Pearland Dunhill 1. John Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Sarah Landry of Dunhill Partners represented the landlord. The company will take over the space previously occupied by Rue21.
Pet Supplies Plus has leased a 7,300-square-foot store at Texas 105 and Lone Star Parkway in Montgomery. The store, slated to open in early 2018, will be across from a new Kroger. Lunden McGill with Baker Katz represented the tenant. Scott Gardner with Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the landlord, Gulf Coast Commercial.
Dollar Depot has leased 2,100 square feet at 6300 Telephone Road. Jason Gaines and Chris Holder of NAI Partners represented landlord, Telephone Square.
Nikki Nguyen and Melissa Tran have leased 2,000 square feet for an Infinity Eye Care & Optical location at 1437 FM 1463, Katy. Emil Wulfe of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenants. Chris Volke of Texas Overland Co. represented the landlord, True Vine Partners.
Bodybarre, an upscale fitness studio, has leased 1,241 square feet at 17064 Saturn Lane in Space Center Plaza. Chris Bittinger with Rutledge Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Laurie Rutledge with Rutledge Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
Verizon Wireless has leased 2,619 square feet in Grand Morton Town Center. Josh Friedlander and Rebecca Le of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Jeff Hayes and Caroline Daggett of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant.
